How will my order be shipped?
All orders are taken care of by DHL/Selektvracht. You can find an overview of all shipping costs and times of delivery below.
Please note that track & trace codes provided by DHL are only activated after 10 p.m., when the delivery has been scheduled
At the moment when your order is ready to be sent, you’ll get a notification by e-mail from us. This e-mail states that your order is dispatched to our shipping partners. Subsequently, you will receive a seperate e-mail including a track & trace code which you can use on the website of the parcel (mentioned above) to see when your order will arrive!
If it happens that you’re not at home at the time the mailman visits, a message will be left by the parcel carrier that they’re going to make a second attempt the next day. Do you want the package to be send to another location? You can contact the particular parcel carrier directly. If a mistake has been made in the address or if there are any other problems, our shipping partners or one of our employees will contact you to make sure your package will be delivered as soon as possible.
When will my package be delivered?
Our aim is to transfer the order to our shipping partner within 48 hours. Dutch customers can expect their package in 3 days. Orders outside of the Netherlands have varying delivery times (4 to 10 working days). We strive to keep you updated if there is any delay in the shipment of your order.
What to do if my order is delivered wrongly or damaged?
If there has been any damage to your package or if there are any other problems concerning your package, please contact us as soon as possible via e-mail. In case of a well-founded problem, you will be able to return the article free of charge.
NON-EU orders: taxes and duties
For orders that are being shipped to destinations outside of Europe, one should take into account the extra taxes and duties that might be accounted for when your order is imported into your country.

Thank you for shopping at Printed Sports Fashion. While we aim to keep our customers happy, we offer you the opportunity to return products in case you are not fully satisfied with the purchase made. We strive to refund or exchange your return within 14 days, though at latest 30 days after receiving the returned item(s).
For returns we require our customers to request a return via e-mail. Please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and provide us with the information as mentioned below. Returns that have not been requested via e-mail will not be processed.
If you would like to exchange an item, follow the same steps and indicate which size you would like in exchange. We added an return form with the package.
1) Order number: Please provide us with the order number which can be found on the order confirmation you automatically received by e-mail or stated on top of the packing slip.
2) Products: Indicate which items you want to return and how many. If possible, provide the article number as well.
3) Item conditions: Confirm the conditions of the item(s) you would like to return to us. Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all original labels and tags attached. The items must be unworn and undamaged. Worn or damaged items, and items with stains will not be accepted.
4) Customer details: Provide us with additional contact details: name, address and telephone number or e-mail address.

Once the return package has been received we will inform you.
Moreover, we have taken care of our products and therefore we would like the products to be returned in their original packaging and with all original labels and tags attached.
This means that articles have to be returned new, unworn and undamaged. Worn or damaged items and items with stains will not be accepted.
Returned articles will only be accepted within 10 working days upon the delivery date. Returns will only be accepted if they have been registered upfront. Return costs are at your own expense.
In case a production error occurred or a faulty product has been delivered, we will cover potential costs that may arise. We certainly hope this will never occur, but if so, please sen dus an email within 48 hours.
If the returned article(s) match the requirements set the total value of your return will be refunded. If the returned article(s) do not meet these requirements we see ourselves obliged to recall our right to send the returns back to you and additional costs will then be at the customer’s expense.
